We also offer sprayseal and asphalt prime services using Samiprime K2. It is a primer emulsion, that preps your new surface to ensure the sprayseal or asphalt adheres well. It is non-hazardous and does not require heating making it very safe to install, eliminating the use of dangerous goods. It has a low viscosity that provides a very good surface penetration that will not contribute to the bleeding of the final surface. Your final asphalt/sprayseal moisture resistance will improve dramatically with this extra step, making sure your new surface lasts for many years to come.
